No refunds are accepted for shipped items. However, you can still cancel your order if the shipping label has not been purchased yet for ready-to-ship products.
For custom orders, you will not be able to cancel if the work has already started.

No exchanges are accepted. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact me, and I will provide you a replacement. Please note that no refunds or returns are possible, but by following these instructions, you won’t need to request a replacement.
